The registration system is closed.
Conference and workshop fees
The ALGO fee is a sum of a fixed fee and a daily fee multiplied by the number of days. The number of days the participant is staying at ALGO is calculated on the basis of the chosen conferences. (For a graphical overview of when ALGO conferences start and end, see the conference calendar.)
The fee for a given day includes attendance at all ALGO conference sessions on that day, refreshment breaks and lunches. For dinner and barbecue, see below.
Both fixed and daily fee depend on the registration date (early registration is cheaper). There is also a discounted rate for students (a student ID will be required during on-site registration), as presented in the following table.

Examples:
- A regular participant registers early for WABI, ATMOS and MASSIVE. He or she stays at the event for four days (September 8–11), so the total fee is 70 EUR + 4 * 50 EUR = 270 EUR.
- A student registers late for ESA, IPEC and WAOA. He or she stays at the event for five days (September 8–12), so the total fee is 80 EUR + 5 * 60 EUR = 380 EUR.
- A regular participant registers late for ESA and ALGOSENSORS. He or she stays at the event for four days (September 8–12, excluding Thursday, September 11), so the total fee is 100 EUR + 4 * 70 EUR = 380 EUR.
Cancelation policy
- 70% refund till August 15
- no refund after August 15
Payment options
Payment is possible in EUR via PayPal (using a credit/debit card) or by wire transfer in EUR or PLN (Polish zlotys). In the last case, the total amount in EUR will be converted to the amount in PLN.EATCS membership
ALGO is organized in cooperation with European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS). ESA and WABI participants that are not yet members of EATCS will be charged 30 EUR for one year EATCS membership (two year membership for students) during online registration. The membership gives you reduced fees at various conferences (e.g., ICALP, MFCS) and other discounts.
Dinner and barbecue
A conference dinner is planned on Tuesday evening and a barbecue is planned on Thursday evening. Registering for any conference that takes place on Tuesday or Wednesday (ESA, WABI or IPEC) automatically gives you a dinner ticket. Similarly, registering for any conference that takes place on Thursday or Friday (IPEC, ALGOSENSORS, ATMOS, MASSIVE or WAOA) automatically gives a barbecue ticket.
You will get at most one ticket for dinner and at most one for barbecue, independently of the number of events you register for. Purchasing an additional ticket (e.g., for an accompanying person) is possible on the registration page and will be also possible on site.
Proceedings
During ALGO, each registered participant will have an electronic access to the password-protected web page containing a downloadable version of conference (pre-)proceedings.
Additionally, when registering for a conference with printed proceedings (ESA, ALGOSENSORS, IPEC, WABI or WAOA) you may choose to purchase printed proceedings. We have a limited number of free copies; they will be available on the first come first served basis. After they are taken, printed proceedings will be available for the regular price.
In case of printed postproceedings (for ALGOSENSORS, IPEC and WAOA), the shipment is included in price.
